This Penn Spinfisher VI Long Cast is designed for long distance casting and fishing. The reel has an IPX5 Sealing which makes it highly waterproof. These reels are not only very resistance, you can also clean them with a strong jet of water without moving salt and sand between the gears. The Spinfisher VI has a sealed, fully lubricated 5+1 system with stainless steel ball bearings. The drag rings are of the renowned HT100 carbon design. The Gear system is completely manufactured by CNC. This combined with the metal body results in a reel that continues to function well even under very heavy loads.
